Refund policy
Haven offers store credit only. We do not refund back to your original method of payment.
Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase with a sales receipt. Return item/s purchased online must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item/s. Items must be in *original condition to receive an exchange or store credit.
*Original condition:
Items that have not been worn, used, or tampered with in any way with all original tags attached.

To initiate an online return, please email info@shophavenwinterpark.com with the subject "Online Return" and your name, and provide the items and reasons why you are returning item.
Please DO NOT send items back until you email and are given further information.
We ship USPS First Class (you may upgrade to 2-day priority for an additional cost). International shipping is currently unavailable. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. If you need your items sooner, give us a call at (407) 637 - 5008 before you purchase.
