We ship USPS First Class (you may upgrade to 2-day priority for an additional cost). International shipping is currently unavailable. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. If you need your items sooner, give us a call at (407) 637 - 5008 before you purchase.

To initiate an online return, please email info@shophavenwinterpark.com with the subject "Online Return" and your name, and provide the items and reasons why you are returning item.
